Correct order

The Neoseeker Office route records this sequence from a Yellow-only starting state:

  1. Compare your board with the recorded starting state: only Yellow is on. If it differs, do not assume this guide provides a reset sequence.
  2. Turn Yellow off.
  3. Turn Dark Blue on.
  4. Turn Light Blue on.
  5. Turn Purple on.
  6. Turn Red on.

From the documented Yellow-only state, the sequence is Yellow off → Dark Blue → Light Blue → Purple → Red.

Why the starting state matters

The board state matters when following a recorded sequence. The steps above assume only Yellow is on; they do not establish a universal reset operation from every possible state.

A separate three-move Steam guide ↗ reports Green → Dark Blue → Red (top left → middle left → top right). Its author did not specify the starting state. We have not replayed that alternative and do not present it as a universal solution.

Identifying the two blues

The most common visual mistake is reversing Dark Blue and Light Blue. Dark Blue comes first. Pause long enough to compare the two switch colors before entering the final sequence.

If display brightness makes them difficult to separate, use their positions from the linked gameplay reference rather than guessing based on saturation alone.

Completion signal

After Red is turned on in the correct state, the connected mechanism or door should respond. If nothing happens:

  • Compare your current board with the starting state of the route you are following.
  • Confirm Yellow was the only switch on at the start.
  • Turn Yellow off before touching either blue.
  • Enter Dark Blue before Light Blue.
  • Make sure no unlisted color remained on.

Route context

This Office-route puzzle is associated with the Office path and the search phrase “Find Your Mouth” in video guides. It is not the same as a later symbol puzzle on the Ending C route.

Where this guide was checked

Facts are rewritten and organized for this guide. Official sources are preferred for game data; community guides are used for route details.

The two written sequences have different or unspecified starting states. Neither is established as a universal solution.
