Exact steps

1. Return to the porta-potty on the right side of the Misery Town entrance.
2. Insert the red ball earned after the three medical-tent operations using the Scalpel.
3. Complete the bingo interaction by lining up five balls.
4. Talk to the other inflatable man and ask about the blue character's weakness.
5. Return to the blue inflatable character.
6. When he asks you to insult him, enter the weakness named in your dialogue: age, smell or voice.
7. Collect the plushie after he cries.

The answer is not a random insult. Follow the weakness dialogue in your own save. The firsthand achievement guide records age, smell and voice; they are not three interchangeable guesses.

Where the red ball comes from

Bring the Scalpel to the medical tent and complete its three operations to obtain the red ball. If the bingo interaction will not begin, check whether you finished those operations and collected the reward.

Keep the ball for the connected Misery Town sequence; area order should not be mistaken for a chapter number.

Completing bingo

Insert the red ball, then continue the game until five balls form the required line. Do not leave after the first successful-looking animation; the next dialogue state depends on actually completing bingo.

Once the game is complete, speak with the other inflatable man. That conversation provides the weakness information the final input checks.

Correct response

Enter the weakness from the other inflatable character’s dialogue when the blue character requests an insult. The recorded possibilities are age, smell and voice. If your input fails, revisit bingo and the clue dialogue rather than cycling arbitrary insults.

The resulting plushie feeds into Pierrot, the Red Jester, the crowd, and the Trapezist performance route.

If it does not work

• Confirm the red ball came from the medical-tent operation reward.
• Finish the five-ball bingo rather than merely starting it.
• Ask the other inflatable character about the weakness.
• Use the word indicated in your own dialogue, not an arbitrary choice among the recorded options.
• Check whether you already collected or used the plushie in the later chain.
